History
- Commenced operations in 1965 in Welland, Ontario, Canada
- Commenced operations in Buffalo, New York, USA in 1980
- Industrial equipment designed, manufactured and then exported throughout North America, the Caribbean, South America and Asia.
- Ward's many years of experience has allowed the company to develop a broad product line of industrial equipment primarily geared to the bulk material handling and specialized air cleaning solutions.

- As a manufacturer, Ward has provided and sold industrial equipment to the following industries: Foundry, Aggregate, Asphalt, Cement, Mining, Diecast, Recycling, Processing as well as many others.
