Team 2852’s season is well underway.  Students are actively designing and constructing this year’s competitive robot and look forward to the opening match, March 17th at Humber College.

Team 2852 is a high school team competing in the FIRST Robotics Competition, an international program whereby high school students design, build and program robots to compete in difficult field challenges.

Ward has been involved with robotic teams for many years, both as sponsor and as mentors.   It’s an important thing we do; contributing toward youth’s involvement with, interest in and just plain having fun with STEM projects.

Come on out on the 17th to see just how well these young people are doing working using STEM knowledge to produce some quite impressive and competitive robots!
