About Ward Industrial Equipment

History

Ward was founded in 1965 by Maurice Ward on the simple principle of engineering & manufacturing high quality equipment built to last. The equipment stood the test of time and so has that principal; it is still our driving force today.

As Ward’s reputation for quality grew, our bulk material handling equipment reached customers around the world.

We have supplied equipment and services to leading EPC firms—engineering, procurement and construction companies—and supported projects across Canada and internationally.

Ward remains firmly rooted in the Niagara region. We support local youth robotics and sports teams, create skilled jobs, and work closely with businesses throughout Southern Ontario.

From bulk material handling equipment to general fabrication and OEM manufacturing, much of our success has come from long-standing relationships with customers, suppliers and local partners.

The Present

Today, Ward continues to grow and diversify while maintaining its long-standing commitment to quality, durability and practical engineering.

From our facility in Welland, Ontario, we design and manufacture custom bulk material handling equipment, including conveyors, feeders, hoppers, silos, tanks and other heavy industrial equipment.

We have also expanded into OEM manufacturing, general fabrication, machining, repair work and field services. These capabilities allow us to support customers from initial design through manufacturing, installation and ongoing service.

Our experienced engineering and production teams combine modern equipment with decades of practical manufacturing knowledge.
