A tripper conveyor has a car on rails that moves along the conveyor changing the location of the discharge chute. This is extremely useful in situations such as filling silos or creating large lateral material stacks.  The tripper can discharge anywhere along its track; for example into  selected silo or evenly distributing material along a stack.

A unique innovation of Ward’s is to make flexwall tripper conveyors.   Working from our expertise and experience with flexwall conveyors, this allows us to dramatically shorten the length of the conveyor, saving customers money and reducing the conveyor’s weight and footprint
