Belt Feeders

Ward designs and manufactures custom belt feeders for controlled, consistent feeding of bulk materials into conveyors, crushers, screens and other process equipment.

Each belt feeder is engineered for the material, required feed rate, loading conditions and operating environment. Design considerations can include belt width and speed, hopper loading, impact protection, skirtboards, liners, guarding, drives and controls.

Our belt feeders are suited to demanding industrial applications involving aggregates, mining materials, metals, powders and other bulk products. Equipment can be designed as part of a new material handling system or to replace and improve an existing feeder.

Ward manufactures belt feeders at our facility in Welland, Ontario, and can also provide replacement components, repairs and modifications for existing equipment.
